Payment Terms

  • 10% advance payment
  • 50% at design approval
  • 35% at product delivery
  • 5% at project completion
  • Additional charges for revisions beyond agreed scope

  • Delays communicated in advance

Client Responsibilities

  • Timely feedback and approvals
  • Access to project site
  • Payment as per schedule
  • Required permissions

Termination

Either party may terminate with 30 days written notice. Completed work will be billed proportionally.
